JNY Primary program implement the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Curriculum from Primary 1 to Primary 6, using English as the main language for instruction in most of the subjects and co-curricular activities; classes for Chinese Language and Bahasa Indonesia are conducted in accordance with respective language requirements. The school also use the Kurikulum Merdeka for Religion, Pendidikan Pancasila (PP) and Bahasa Indonesia.

Primary 1 - 2 7.30 am – 01.25 pm
Primary 3 - 6 7.30 am – 02.00 pm
