IB DP (Diploma Programme)
The curriculum focuses on nurturing the students’ academic, social and emotional well-being using a concept-based inquiry approach. Students are also encouraged to develop thinking, communication, research, self-management and social skills to be able to understand their role in the local and global context as part of a global community
Global Jaya School (GJS), as an IB World School, aligns its education with the skill-focused IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework, which encourages youth aged 11 to 16 to connect their studies with real-world issues through inquiry and agency. The curriculum emphasizes the development of communication and affective skills through the Service Action programme, where students investigate community needs and develop service-oriented projects. These projects promote collaboration, mindfulness, and the honing of essential problem-solving skills among students.
