Cita Buana High School utilizes a dual curriculum: the National Curriculum 2013 and the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) Curriculum. The ACT Curriculum is the senior secondary education standard (Years 11 and 12) from Australia, delivered under the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies (ACTBSSS), where courses are taught and assessed unit by unit. Student qualifications upon graduation include the National Certificate (STTB) and SKHUN, along with the Years 12 Certificate (ACT BSSS) and the Tertiary Entrance Statement which contains the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) for students who sit the required test for Australian university entry.
